Premium is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store. The 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings.

How the limits work
The monthly allowances are fair-use soft caps, not hard walls. If you reach the AI recall limit, the app quietly falls back to answering from your saved facts on-device instead of blocking you, and your counter resets at the start of the next month.
The 100-memory limit on Free applies only to creating new memories — nothing you've already saved is ever deleted or hidden, and everything stays fully readable. Upgrade to Premium and the cap simply lifts.
Billing questions
Do I need to pay to try Remember Me?
No. The Free plan is genuinely free forever and needs no card. You only pay if you choose to upgrade to Premium.
How does the free trial work?
Premium starts with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged during the trial, and you can cancel any time before it ends to avoid being billed. If you don't cancel, it automatically continues at £2.99/month (or £24.99/year if you chose annual).
How do I subscribe, and how am I billed?
You upgrade inside the app. Payment is handled securely by Apple through your App Store account — we never see your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
How do I cancel?
Open your iPhone's Settings → your name → Subscriptions, select Remember Me, and tap Cancel. You'll keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling is entirely in your control through Apple.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is lost. All your existing memories stay on your device and remain readable. You simply return to the Free limits for creating new memories and using AI features, and Premium-only features (cloud backup, location reminders) pause until you upgrade again.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes — change your plan anytime from the Subscriptions screen in iPhone Settings. Annual works out around 30% cheaper than paying monthly.
I already paid — how do I restore it on a new phone?
In the app's upgrade screen, tap Restore Purchases. As long as you're signed into the same Apple ID, your Premium will be restored.
